Participated in a MMR SURVEY where the aim was to get defaulters and to increase vaccinations of MMR amongst 4-5 years. Worked underground as a candidate where I had to travel to another community in another region where I was given names of randomly chosen participants. I had to call parents, schedule an appointment then meet them where an interview was conducted about their views, concerns and reasons why the infants had not taken the MMR Vaccine. Health passports were assessed and compared to data records at the health facility. The responses were then tallied after all data was brought in
